Services We Offer

We offer the following services:-

  • We offer 1:1 support in the home and community including:
  • Overnight respite in a Supported Living Care Settings
  • Respite in own home
  • Social outings.
  • Accessing community facilities.
  • Promoting independence by teaching skills of daily living in the home

  • Services We Offer
      • Intimate Care

      We support young person with intimate care tasks such as toileting including toilet training.
      Tasks will include:
      Managing catheters
      Stomas or other appliances
      Washing intimate parts of the body
      Continence management

      Personal Care

      Continence management
      Maintaining skin integrity
      Managing safe transfers using the appropriate moving and handling procedures and equipment

      Nutrition

      Supporting young person eating balanced diet meal either by supervision and prompting or support with feeding

      Young Adult Persons Needs

      Our work with young adult persons and their families is centered on the young person and aims to promote their independence by supporting them to maximize their potential by focusing on their abilities and inclusion and to help them develop life skills to promote their independence with the least restrictive options

      We see every client as unique so before our service begins we will complete an assessment of need and risk assessment to ensure that we’re the best provider to meet their needs.

      Home Care Services

      Our service comprises of a small Specialist Management Team with extensive social care experience and support workers who have relevant knowledge, experience and skills of working with young adults, children and families
