Abbeys Care Support is an established organisation and regulated provider of care services by Care Quality Commission. We ensure compliance with all the regulation’s set down in the health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) regulations 2014 offers care and support, helping vulnerable children, young people and adults with a variety of disabilities ranging from moderate to complex needs.

    Training and skills

    Our support staff have the relevant training and skills required to meet the needs of the people who use the services also to ensure that they are safeguarded and to generate positive desired outcomes as a result of our intervention

    Promote independence

    We provides services that promote independence through the provision of individualized plans and packages tailored around assessed needs to maximise their potential. Support can be provided in their own homes, supported living or accessing the community.

    Community Engagement

    We offer planned and structured person-centered friendly activities to the young person and adult at their family home or in a community setting. We also provide personal care support to adults 18+ and children under 18 with support to access the community and engage in stimulating activities of interest

    Nursing and care

    We provide Nursing staff and Health care assistants to provide nursing care and clinical interventions for children , young people and adults with complex health needs via continuing health.

    Supported Living

    Our supported Living services are available to adults and children with learning disabilities including autistic spectrum conditions, epilepsy and other health needs, mental health needs and those with physical disabilities.
